A rendering of the Hampton Inn planned for 125 Flatbush Avenue Extension, just west of the Manhattan Bridge entrance ramp, has been unearthed by Brownstoner. The 13-story, 116 guest room hotel is being developed by LodgeWorks, and should be completed in the spring of 2014.

The property was once the site of the Pepper and Potter used car dealership, which was demolished last year.

The Real Deal reported in March that LodgeWorks paid Rhode Island-based hotel investment firm Magna Hospitality Group $7.75 million for the site. Magna’s own plans for a hotel fell through.
