According to the Sporting News, the Nets are ready for their big move to Brooklyn — and apparently hope that their new home will be a little warmer. Star point guard Deron Williams and forward Anthony Morrow have both complained that the Prudential Center is too cold. The Nets are currently shooting 39 percent, and their opponents are shooting 49 percent in Newark. Coach Avery Johnson pooh-poohed his players’ complaints: “Guys have played basketball outside. You’ve played in the dark, you’ve played in matchbox gyms.”
