BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Late last month, the residential brokerage firm MNS sponsored the first Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable cocktail party at the Brooklyn Historical Society in Brooklyn Heights, the first such event for the Roundtable, which traditionally has conducted four quarterly luncheons during the year, also at the Historical Society.David Behin, president of MNS, speaks to the crowd at Brooklyn Historical Society. At the cocktail party, David Behin, president of the firm’s new Investment Sales and Capital Advisory Division, addressed the crowd about the exciting work the division has done — such as selling more than $50 million in real estate and note sales for future development sites, including two recent transactions in Williamsburg.

MNS is currently handling marketing and sales for two of the city’s largest and best-selling residential developments: The Edge in Williamsburg and One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn Heights.
