Keynote speaker Quinn joins ‘Future of Brooklyn’ roster for Nov. 2

City Council Speaker Christine Quinn will be the keynote speaker at Bisnow Events Media’s Future of Brooklyn conference on Friday, Nov. 2, at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.
Additionally, Forest City Ratner’s Melissa Burch will discuss that firm’s plans in a presentation titled, “What’s Next After Barclays?” (The next step, of course, is a groundbreaking event on Dec. 18 for B2, a 363-unit, 32-story apartment building.)
The event is set to begin at 7:30 a.m. with coffee and networking, and conclude at 10:30 a.m.
Among the other confirmed speakers are Jamie Wiseman  of Cayuga Capital, Brian Leary of CPEX, John Horowitz of Marcus & Millichap, Stephen Benjamin of The Dermot Company, Andrew Kimball of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp., Tucker Reed of Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, Alexandria Sica of Dumbo Improvement District, Stephen Palmese of Massey Knakal, David Von Spreckelsen of Toll Brothers,  Jason Muss of Muss Development and David Behin of MNS.
The moderators will be David Pfeffer of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin and Deborah Leninson of Cohn Reznick.
The cost to attend is $69. The Brooklyn Marriott is at 333 Adams St.
