The movers and shakers of Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, and Fort Hamilton rubbed elbows with each other at the Bay Ridge Manor for the annual Bay Ridge Community Council President’s Luncheon. The ballroom was filled with hundreds of people, including elected officials and heads of civic and religious organizations, all of whom appeared to be enjoyed chatting with each other about local events as much as they enjoyed their food. U.S. Senator Charles Schumer presented a proclamation to Council President Alex Conti and Exec. Sec. Arlene Keating.
