Downtown Brooklyn’s BellTel Lofts Now More Than 70 Percent Sold
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — New model units have been unveiled at Downtown Brooklyn’s BellTel Lofts, the condominium conversion project at 365 Bridge St. at Willoughby Street on the edge of the MetroTech Center.
The 250 units in the historic art deco-style building are now over 70 percent sold, according to Susan de França, CEO and president of Douglas Elliman Development and Marketing, who is overseeing sales and is pleased with “the recent sales momentum.”
“We’re excited to show perspective buyers our newly furnished model homes,” said de França. “Buyers continue to be attracted by the spaciousness of the loft homes, in addition to the building’s fantastic amenity package.”
The three new model homes, furnished by Miami- and SoHo-based Tui Lifestyle Design, are representative of the building’s offerings of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, which range in size from 600 to 2,700 square feet — sizes that can accommodate families, de França pointed out.
