Cops seek suspect in Cobble Hill, Park Slope commercial robberies

Cops investigate multiple robberies and one attempted robbery, Brooklyn

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in four robberies and one attempted robbery in Park Slope, Cobble Hill and the Fulton Mall. In each incident, the perp displayed a weapon.

On Wednesday, Oct. 17, at approximately 9:50 p.m. inside the Tasti-D-Lite Restaurant located at 339 Seventh Ave. in Park Slope, the suspect approached a victim, demanded money, then fled with the cash.

On Monday, Oct. 22, at approximately 8:15 p.m. at Blue Marble Ice Cream at 196 Court St. in Cobble Hill, the suspect demanded money from a store employee, was given cash, and then fled.

On Friday, Oct. 22, the thief returned to the Tasti-D-Lite on Seventh Avenue for another armed robbery.

On Sunday, Oct. 28, around 3:15 p.m., the suspect entered the Subway restaurant at 216 Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn Heights, displayed a gun, was handed money and fled.

Finally, on Oct. at 8:40 p.m., the thief hit another Subway restaurant at 713 Fulton St., but this time left without any money.

Police describe the suspect as a black man about 40 to 50 years old around 6 feet tall and weighing about 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans and white sneakers.
