The former space of Jennifer Convertibles at 121 Montague Street was being cleaned out Monday morning (above). A Le Pain Quotidien bakery is expected to open there next month. A “building for lease” sign above Starbucks has raised speculation that a developer may be planning to add to the two-story structure at 112 Montague, and that Starbucks will move into refurbished brownstone vacated by Nine West at 134 Montague (right photo). That possibility could not be confirmed by press time.
