First Lady Michelle Obama hugs Piper Shillingford, 4, from Stuyvesant Heights Montessori Academy in Brooklyn, with President Barack Obama, right, during a groundbreaking ceremony at the construction site of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, on Wednesday. Students from the school had collected $600 in coins and presented it during the museum groundbreaking.
