Luna Park, the Cyclone roller coaster and Wonder Wheel Park in Coney Island were evacuated and closed Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. as witnesses reported the Astrotower was swaying.

FDNY, NYPD, the Department of Buildings (DOB) and the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) were on the scene investigating the tower’s stability, according to a spokesperson for OEM.

“We’re working with the Department of Buildings to investigate the reports,” the spokesperson told the Brooklyn Eagle.
