A new preschool / learning center will be opening soon at 42 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights. Seedlings Learning, operated by Alice Chiu and Tracy Pechette, will be hosting an open house on Sunday, September 23, from 2-5 p.m., with music, dancing, art, face painting, balloons and milk and cookies in the back yard. All families are invited.
