Metal and Thread has opened in Red Hook! Denise Carbonell and Derek Dominy are multi-media artists who like to put their heart and soul into every medium they work with. They collaborate on pieces in metals, textiles, plastics and wood.

Their goal is to first find and use recycled material whenever possible and that every material has an intrinsic beauty that can be turned into something useful and unusual.
